Meat is a majority of what is consumed on the Keto diet. It’s wearing on me.
I’ve never been the most enthusiastic meant eater. In fact, I was a vegetarian for about 4 years of my life. Being required to consume a lot of meat (mostly red meats; bacon) is starting to get old.
My fiancé is even getting tired of it! When your man get tired of bacon, you know it’s time to reevaluate your diet.
